Happy One Year!
Thank you for all the amazing memories and fun times we’ve had! I looking forward to many more. You’ve made me smile since the day I met you, so I hope this makes you smile too.

Lost in a World of her Own

She’s not sure,
What to do,
She’s lost in a world of her own,
She thinks that she’s all alone…

She doesn’t think anyone understands,
What she’s going through…

She doesn’t know that,
There are people who care about her,
And would stand by her side,
If she would just let them in…

She’s not sure,
What to do,
She’s lost in a world of her own,
She thinks that she’s all alone…

She stands there smiling,
You wouldn’t think anything was wrong.

But what you don’t know,
Is that it’s all a charade,
To make you think that she’s ok…

But she’s not,
She’s so lost,
She just wants to run away,
From all the problems she’s facing…

All she needs is someone,
To listen to her,
Sincerely let her know,
That they’ll stand by her,
No matter what…

Memories

Memories flowing loosely,
Remembering when I was younger,
Walking round & holding your hand…

In a shop filled with cameras,
Playing with my oldest cousin,
And my younger ones too…

When Bayblade was still a thing,
& Old school Pokemon,
Played on the TV…

Although my Chinese was poor,
You made an effort to speak to me,
In English…

Then when I would say,
Something in Chinese,
You would smile at me….

It’s those memories,
That I will treasure forever…

I will never forget all the times,
You smiled,
The spent you with me,
& I hope that you’re in a happy place now…

Thinking of You

So it’s been 6 months since this awesome person asked me to go out with him. Not gonna write too much on this, cause I’ll just say it to him in person but here’s a little something I wrote for him.

Thinking of you,
When I wake up,
In the morning,
And before I go sleep at night…

All the times you make me smile,
Make me laugh, joke about,
And walk around finding places to see,
Little cute cafes & good ice-cream…

Seeing names & various things,
Coming up with all the innuendos,
Messing around,
And playing games…

I hope we,
Continue to love each other,
More & more…

Making each other smile,
And laugh…
Supporting each other through,
Any hard times…

I will stand by you,
For as long you let me…

Do you not realise,
How much I miss you,
Wishing that you,
Would just walk in through that door…

Lying on top of a rooftop,
Holding your hand,
Treasuring this moment.

As I look into your eyes,
Cheesy as it sounds,
All I want to say is,
I love you…

Remembering all the memories until now…

Swirling me around in the street,
Going from place to place,
Exploring the city at night,
Looking at all the pretty lights,
That are shining bright…

I wonder what is running through your mind…

As you run your fingers through my hair,
Smile and give me a hug,
I hear your heart beating fast,
Going just as fast as mine.
As you hold me tight…
Warmness surrounds me,
And makes me feel happy…

When I was younger

I remember,
When I was younger,
Running around & playing,
No other care in the world…

Nana would push me in a pushchair,
As we went from store to store,
I’d pretend to sleep,
So I wouldn’t have to try on,
All the dresses and  various things…

I’d close my eyes,
Especially when,
She bumped into somebody she knew,
Sneak a peak as I heard her say,
Let’s talk quietly,
She’s fast asleep…

I remember falling asleep in the car,
And being carried,
Like a princess by my daddy,
Up the stairs and into my bed…

He’d say goodnight and close the light,
Go downstairs & chill with mum,
Then I’d open my eyes,
Listen as the night passed me by,
I’d smile and eventually fall asleep…

I remember when I cooked with my mum,
Baking biscuits and making raspberry jam,
We’d make little snowmen when it snowed,
And she’d draw what I wanted,
So that I could colour it in…

These are just a few of my memories,
Of when I was younger,
Thank you for all the good memories…
Love you all… ❤
